The old Whittaker Electric
site is currently an incubator with several small industrial
companies in the existing buildings. This subzone was expanded
in 2002 to include roughly 18 acres of the Seaway Industrial
Park. The total acreage of the Renaissance Zone is 55 acres,
however, not all of the land is developable since the Renaissance
Zone was expanded over an existing cemetery. |
