Whittaker Electric Subzone       Acreage 55 Recent or Planned Developments The old Whittaker Electric site is currently an incubator with several small industrial companies in the existing buildings. This subzone was expanded in 2002 to include roughly 18 acres of the Seaway Industrial Park.
