This subzone has
seen the most development with the successful renovations
of the McCracken and Amazon Buildings. The McCracken
building was converted into beautiful office space with
balcony views of Muskegon Lake, and the Amazon Building
has been converted from an abandoned turn-of- the-century
linen factory into 137 loft apartments. Another mixed-use
development along Western Avenue is expected to break
ground in the fall of 2002. |
