The County Map feature allows viewers to navigate an interactive map of Muskegon County which contains the location of Business Parks, Available Buildings, and Renaissance Zones.

These are sites within the Muskegon Area ready to support major industrial projects. All essential infrastructure is either fully developed, under construction, or ready to be installed to meet the demands of a prospect.

Prime office and industrial buildings in the Muskegon Area range from Class A corporate office buildings to manufacturing facilities that are ready for occupancy and operations.

These are designated “tax-free” areas in the cities of Muskegon and Muskegon Heights. Businesses and developers that invest in these zones avoid real and personal property taxes, the State’s Single Business Tax, and local income taxes through the year 2014. These areas have already attracted $18.5 million in investment, nearly 400,000 square feet of construction, and approximately 100 new jobs to the Muskegon Area.
